We have a selection of roasting joints, steaks, mince and home-made burgers available.
The cows are turned out to grass with their calves and they graze all summer (April to October), with some calves being born out in the field. These calves stay with their mothers and suckle from her until they are weaned in mid-January. Once weaned, they are fed silage and cattle nuts.
The Angus’s are slower growing than other breeds, but the meat improves from this and the marbling helps the flavour. | |||||||||||||
